anyone know how to add music to construct 3 projects on chromebook?

ok im trying to add sound fx to desert cubin but i dont know how to on chromebook. i found a bunch of tutorials but they use windows and the way files show up in chromebook is different, meaning i cant just drag and drop. anybody know how to add it?
